FAQ

Orders will take 2-5 business days from the date shipped to arrive, in some cases it may take longer due to weather conditions and other delays. If you live in a remote area, your order may take a few days longer to arrive. Canada Post manages the shipping of your package, we will not refund your shipping amount if Canada Post is late on delivery.

If we receive your order and Interac e-Transfer by our 2:00pm PST cut off time, your order will be shipped on the same business day. If we receive your order and payment after our 2:00pm cut off, your order will be shipped the next business day.

Payment is made via Interac e-Transfer. If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending an e-transfer will only take you a few minutes to complete. 

Instructions will be provided with your online invoice and orders ship only after your e-transfer is received.

Shipping fees are $20 for orders under $150. For orders over $150, shipping is free.

Orders are shipped by Canada Post XPRESS Shipping and a tracking number will be emailed after your order ships.

Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area.

*Shipping to Nunavut and Northern Quebec*

Unfortunately, we experience much higher % of postal thefts when shipping to Northern Quebec and Nunavut. We cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk. This means you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR RETURNED MAIL DUE TO INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS (NO REFUNDS)

  1. All packages are discreet and smell proof.
  2. Product is first placed in a ziplock bag, which is then vacuum sealed to eliminated odours and seal in freshness.
  3. Product is then placed in a discreet unmarked parcel with a shipping label.
  4. Extra care is always taken to ensure there is no smell or appearance of the contents within the package.

Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to submit an Interac e-Transfer. Your order will be kept on hold until we receive your payment. If we do not receive your payment within 48 hours, your order will be canceled.

Once payment is sent, it may take up to 4 hours for us to receive the payment during business hours. If payment is sent during non-business hours, we will accept your payment the following business day. Once payment is accepted, we will notify you via email with your tracking number.

*Please note any payments received on Friday will be processed the same day but will be shipped out the next business day. (excluding holidays)*

Delay in payment processing happens when the email used for your order differs from the email use for your e-transfer. Please use the same email used in your registered account. Also remember to input your order number in the notes when completing the e-transfer.

Please allow for up to 24 hours from the time you receive your tracking for Canada Post to update their system.
